Consumers Guarantee/Refund
We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged.
Refund of Shipping Costs
Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is non refundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee
Clearance Items
Please note that we are unable to accept back clearance stock for exchange or refund because you have ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind, so please choose carefully. We will however refund/replace your clearance item if it is faulty or damaged in transit from leaving our premises.
This must be within 7 days of receiving your order
Before returning any goods for exchange or refund please contact us on 06-358-7788 to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs.

Please ensure that you enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) and returns number with your return.
Please ensure that all goods are wrapped securely and appropriately and arrive to us undamaged. Goods that are unable to be resold will not be exchanged.
